Situated within 300 metres of the main road in Gatlinburg the hotel is in a perfect location for access to activities, shops and restaurants. My room was clean and well equipped, staff were friendly and efficient, all in all a lovely place to stay.

Call the front desk— they gave me a plunger-that worked till early this morning… then it was stopped up and would not stop— our only option would be to use the restrooms downstairs.
This is unacceptable—I want a refund of my money — I did let the front desk know, and they could not help me because of third-party booking

Very dirty, lots of black hair all over the bathroom and the shower. Also 2 of the 3 lamps had burnt out bulbs. I called the front desk and told them of the issues. They said they would bring bulbs and clean bathroom. They never showed up. We have stayed at this hotel many times, it’s always been good. Maybe it has new management, I’m not sure, but it was awful. All good things come to an end!!
