Clean and cozy, loved it!

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. The shared bathrooms were always accessible and the shower was always clean.

The fridge in my room didn’t work, but I didn’t need to use it that much. I noticed stains/yellowing on the pillowcases when I checked in.

The location is great for northern part of Central Park. Super easy to get there and the subway station was nearby. Dunkin Donuts and grocery stores can also be found nearby.

The bed was a little hard to sleep on and we asked for extra pillows to make it better. The staff provided us with extra pillows quite quickly.

The location is very convenient — close to the subway and Central Park, which made getting around the city easy. The room was suitable for three people and worked well for the length of our stay. The shared bathroom was always very clean, which we really appreciated. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

There are a few areas that could be improved in terms of overall cleanliness and upkeep. Towels were not changed during our stay, even though the trash was collected on one of the days, which led us to expect some housekeeping. The bed linen had a few stains — nothing major, but it did affect the overall impression of hygiene. The neighborhood can feel a bit intense at times, especially in the evening, but it’s well-connected and functional for exploring the city.
