I loved the comfortable bed, the art on the walls, the size of the room, and the service. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Also, thought it was a very solid location to get around northern Manhattan. It was nice, quiet, comfortable, and exceeded expectations.
The specific street is beautiful, and there are plenty of nearby food options, but it is a distance from many of the iconic NYC landmarks (I knew this going in, so it didn't bother me a bit, but just a heads up to a traveler from far away). That being said, everything is accessible by a nearby subway. Lastly, the way the shower in my room was set up, it is impossible to use without getting the bathroom floor outside the shower very wet. Not really a problem though.

Excellent location, the property was very clean and very well decorated... Whoever decorated the place had excellent taste and is very creative, we look forward to returning in the future! 5 Stars!

A beautiful historic property, and the room is characterful and comfortable, beautiful, and so well located in the neighbourhood for transport, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Harlem is a fantastic place to visit and stay with lots of cultural events and great streetlife to observe and partake in.

This restored Victorian brownstone is a gem! My room was clean. The staff was responsive. And the value is hard to beat. The tribalist art and decor that decorate the home and rooms is a funky and fascinating bonus. It's in a great little neighborhood and a short walk to MTA's 3 & 2 trains.
My stay was perfect.
