Great location, very clean, lovely beach themed decor.
I ended up having to move rooms as my door was very difficult to open. It wasn’t the lock itself it was the door swelling in the frame. The property is relatively old and had been done up. The redo is great, but I think since the hurricane they have had a few issues.
I was locked out of my room for 20 mins late at night which wasn’t great and the number I was given to call was just a central booking call centre. I ended up forcing the door open, which I’m pleased I was able to do as someone range me back half a later.
I eventually meet the property manager but was told she couldn’t call me as I had an international number. Maybe look at giving your staff access on their phones to call internationally.

There was no breakfast served here. This was a condo apartment and the location was wonderful. Only 2 blocks from the beach
We had a small issue with the Shower , there was no hot water but the water was tepid and not a deal breaker. We contacted Vacasa and they put us in touch with the property manager and he came over and started working on the problem.

The pool and the room decor was cute and the apartment was clean on first glance .
Bathroom floor and baseboards need complete hands and knees cleaning with baseboards being painted. Ugh.
