Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We recently enjoyed two weeks at this property and had a wonderful vacation. The house was spotless, well furnished and had a perfect location. Communication with the property manager was excellent. A short distance to nice restaurants and fun shops. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house is large, with plenty of room for many people. It has 3 decks, one is screened. There is an out door shower in the back as well as a grill. It is very clean and spacious. They had beach towels ready for use as well as a wagon and beach supplies in the garage. The walk to Bean Point was short and easy. The island is a little busy at points of the day, but the beach was well worth it. Such a gorgeous beach. We will stay here again 100%.
