We have been coming to the north end of AMI for over 25 years. The island has changed a lot, the beach is more crowded during the summer holidays than it was a few years ago. Nevertheless, the beach and the sea are beautiful and very close to the house. In addition, the garden with the pool is a beautiful, shady oasis for peace and quiet.
Above all, we liked the design and style of the Villa. From the roof terrace you have an excellent 360 degree view over the north end of the island. Great place.

We have been to AMI for many years now and this is absolutely the best house we have stayed in. We are a family of 6, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The amenities are top notch - pool, hot tub, kitchen, roof patio, comfortable beds, beach chairs and cart to name a few.
The service was also great. Very responsive and great communication from check in to check out.
In our experience, we see two types of rental homes. Ones that are fully stocked with cooking supplies, spices, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. Others that are very limited - almost a brand new home feel. This one is the latter. There were prepackaged supplies for the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen provided. Just know if you are planning on staying here with a large group for some time, you'll need to buy some essentials.
Another note - this location on the island does not have homes right to the beach. The walk to the beach is long -- the cart helps. With soft sand, it's a hike and you get a work out. Makes you want to immediately set up and enjoy the awesome view and beach all day!
We would definitely come back and stay at this home again.

This new house is absolutely beautifully decorated and comfortable. I’m grateful to have stayed there with my family.
Unfortunately, when we arrived Friday afternoon the pool was cold. We notified the company in charge but they were unable to get the pool warm until Monday afternoon. We were told the pool company was not available the weekend we stayed there. We were disappointed since the pool was the number one reason why we chose this place.

Stay overall was nice, a few things to note...
1.) Bugs, we found two cockroaches during our stay.
2.) A vacuum for the guests to use.
