The delightful master king bedroom features a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The spacious queen guest room has slider door access to the front porch. A set of full over full bunkbeds and a twin trundle bed complete the third bedroom. The separate sunroom provides extra space with a full-sized sofa bed. Each bedroom includes crisp linens with plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.
Refresh in the sparkling saltwater pool and relax poolside in the pool loungers and Adirondack chairs. The garage has been updated to provide covered dining with a grill and a patio living room set and TV. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool.
Aloha Fern is close to everything the island has to offer. The free trolley stops nearby at the AMI City Pier and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

These pools produce water that feels softer to the touch. Contrary to popular belief, saltwater pools do contain chlorine, but the levels of it are lower and the way it's introduced into the water is different than in a chlorine pool. Instead of using chlorine tablets or sticks, salt is added directly to the water and a salt chlorine generator (also known as a saltwater chlorinator) converts the salt into chlorine.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The maximum occupancy is eight.

Aloha Fern is a great place to stay. A 5 minute walk to Bean Point, spacious rooms, plenty of linens, pillows, beach chairs, beach towels and floats available for use. Spacious pool area with propane grill, TV, large table to enjoy your food, play games, etc. The pool was quite warm, only because the weather has been so hot, we didn’t get in as much as I had hoped because it just wasn’t refreshing. Also, the mosquitoes were quite active, it was hard to be outside without getting bug bites, neither of those issues were the fault of the property though, just chalk it up to Mother Nature in July I guess! Overall, my family had a wonderful stay at Aloha Fern! One thing I would suggest: the sunroom/bedroom area could use a little more privacy. It appears this room was once a porch converted to a room (AC etc. is fine) This room had 2 ways to enter, one from the primary bedroom, a sliding glass door and curtain dividing the 2 rooms, however the entrance from the main living room area has no door, no curtain, etc. At least a curtain would provide a little privacy if someone wanted to change clothes, sleep etc. in that room. Other than that, it’s a great set up with a small couch that converts to a bed (probably the size of a twin). There is a desk and chair if someone needed to sit with a laptop, etc. Overall a great room, just needed a bit of privacy.
