Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Our son and his family joined us for a long Easter weekend stay. We love the convenient location on Bean Point and our other son rented a pool home around the corner so we had both water options covered. Very comfortable home for a family. Would recommend bringing baby gates if you have them and are bringing toddlers. The icemaker was not working but we made do and cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. With two dining tables family meal gathering for Easter was perfect. Bring all spices, etc as the kitchen is not stocked with basics. Staying in many rental homes I’ve learned to prepare for this.

My family and I have been visiting AMI every year for the past 3 summers. We were extremely satisfied with the location of this property and the short walk to the beach/Bean Point. The house was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, including plenty of beach equipment. We would definitely consider staying at this home again in the future.
