This unique, beautifully appointed Boutique Spanish Style Villa on the North End of Anna Maria Island is a perfect getaway nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Come relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 flex rooms that sleep 2 people each, just a short walk to the white sand beach, clear turquoise gulf waters, or relax and enjoy all that Anna Maria has to offer.
The master bedroom boasts a king bed with his and hers closets and an en-suite renovated bathroom. The washer and dryer sits in this large bathroom as well. The guest bedroom includes a king size bed and built in shelves to hold all your vacation goodies. Each bedroom has its own smart TV. The renovated guest full bathroom is located in the hallway across from the guest bedroom.
The main living area is open to the dining room and kitchen with multiple comfy sitting areas. The queen sleeper sofa allows for 2 additional guests to sleep comfortably. The dining room has a built in buffet with all the vintage and Spanish charm ready for your getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a gas/propane grill right outside the sliding doors.
The Surfboard room is a fun hangout for any age. The room is off the front and includes 2 daybeds and unique furnishings. It has it's own AC system to keep it cool in the heat of the summer.
The Boutique Spanish Style Villa has outdoor dining, cooking and lounging. 2 bikes are included for your use to travel to Pine Ave, local shops and restaurants, The city pier, which is also home to a remote research center for Mote Marine, parks, Bean Pointe, and so much more that the North End has to offer.

Fantastic location on the north end with quick access to the beach! We love this area as the beach is always less crowded. The kitchen remodel is stunning with plenty of amenities and room to fully utilize the space. This was also our first time on AMI with access to a washer and dryer such a nice perk.

I almost hesitate to write this review because I’d hate for too many people to discover this little charm just north of the island… then I might never get to book it again! But honestly, it’s perfect.The owner has created such a warm, inviting space. The décor makes you feel right at home, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need—from a butter dish to a rolling pin to a sugar bowl. (Pro tip: bring coffee filters or a reusable pod for the coffee pot.)We rented a golf cart to get to our beach setup on Elm St., which worked out great. Golf carts can’t go past that point anymore, but it’s only about a 3-minute ride or a 9-minute walk. That said, there are also plenty of beach access points just to the left and right of the house, and that’s where we caught some of the best sunsets ever.They do offer a few bikes, but since they’re stored outside they were pretty rusty, and we were a little hesitant to use them.There were four ladies and one child in our group, and we all had plenty of space. One night two people even shared a bed and it still felt comfortable. And the Surfboard Room? So cool! The photos in the listing honestly don’t do it justice.Thank you for sharing this gem—we absolutely loved our stay!
