This charming ground-level home offers a perfect blend of comfort and island charm, ideal for couples or small families looking to relax and unwind. With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there's plenty of space to settle in and make yourself at home.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine in peace.
When you’re ready for some sand between your toes, the beach is just a quick 5-minute walk away. You'll have easy access to one of Anna Maria’s beautiful public beach entrances, where you can enjoy calm turquoise waters, soft white sand, and those unforgettable Gulf Coast sunsets.
Whether you're looking to lounge poolside, explore local shops and dining nearby, or spend your days on the beach, Holly Hideaway is the perfect spot to enjoy everything Anna Maria Island has to offer—all from the comfort of a quiet, welcoming neighborhood.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 40lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
"You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Very clean, comfortable and private. I booked this property to celebrate my birthday with my family. The bonus was a free golf cart. We loved the place. I highly recommend.

Lovely beach house check-in super easy kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook pool was very nice to hang out in the evenings after days at the beach the rental has some beach equipment like umbrellas and chairs it was a 4 to 5 minute easy walk to the beach. Overall great vacation would stay here again.I would note that it was 16 steps up to the main house so may not be appropriate for elderly or young children

The house was perfect! Supper clean, fully stocked. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it so much. 10 min walk to beautiful beach. I would stay here again!
