Beautiful house and room, well located for us.
It was a little annoying that the Wi-fi didn't work in our room, and the person at the front desk didn't check back it with us after I requested that it be fixed. It never worked, and I think it should for the price.

- The hotel was historic and elegant. Staying here felt like stepping back into Gilded Age America.
- The room in the annex was comfortable.
- Extra parking behind the hotel
- The bathroom sink drain stop was broken.
- No real food options in the hotel but plenty within walking/driving distance. You could pre-order breakfast for $15 but the options were very limited and unappealing.
- One of the hotel clerks wasn't super friendly (he wasn't flat out rude but not super welcoming either).

I love historical hotels. The building itself was beautiful, room was perfect size. The staff were extremely friendly and u felt welcomed right away.

Lovely old building
No food facilities to speak of. I did order the breakfast which came in a paper bag. Definitely not worth it. I arrived after dark and would have like to have been able to have a small meal but they didn’t serve food. Really odd. Not really a hotel. More of an event space. And the staff was unwelcoming and generally unhelpful
