Overall was what I was expecting, but clearly the room needs to be improved

There was only one hook for a towel in the bathroom, which is not enough for a room with two queen beds. Also, there was no liquid shower gel in the bathroom.. I mean the bottle attached to the wall was empty

Frustrating!

Hotel is in dire need of signage. It was very difficult to know what direction to go for anything. I arrived close to midnight and was told to park in the south garage. It was closed off with cones. I had to go back to the front desk, which ended up being on the second floor (and there was no sign saying where to go) to ask what to do and the person at the desk knew nothing. I went to the north garage and was literally the only car parked in the entire garage. It didn't feel safe. And, again, there were no signs for how to get to the hotel from the garage. I made multiple wrong turns. Overall, not the experience you want.

Bad air conditioning.

Great location with several places to eat nearby. Easy parking in garage

Hallways and room carpeting needs to be replaced. Very shabby. Air conditioning unit in rooms was very very loud. In fact the first room was so loud we asked to move. The 2nd room was slightly better but still loud enough that it was hard to sleep even wearing ear plugs.

Breakfast looked like it was probably decent but with 10 minutes to the end of breakfast, it was slim pickings and some things were unavailable. I ended up leaving and going to buy something.

The fact that it was advertising that it had a swimming pool in the building instead of making it know that it's connected to l a fitness, and that's where the gym is and the pool. So they need to change their website because they're still showing that they have a pool and a gym inside the facility. Also, it's also advertising that breakfast is from 7 AM until 11. It's only from 6 to 930.

I loved the location. I was visiting my daughter at Pitt and she was only 5 minutes away. There were plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.

I was hoping for the price it would have been a little nicer than it was. Both nights we were woken at 2:30 am by kids/ people running and yelling in the hallways. The little girl in the room next to us cried all night and we could hear her. The room wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be. It wasn’t terrible just things my trained eye noticed, along with stains on the sheets and comforter.

So clean! Spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the separation of the shower and toliet with a sink in each! Fun location with outside entertainment in the square during summer weekend nights.

Having to pay for parking. $16 a day in nearby garage. Had to take an elevator from floor 4 in the garage to 2 to get to the hotel and then another elevator to get to our floor.

The bed was very comfortable.

The loading zone is inconvenient and limited to 2 cars. Anymore you will have to park in the street. The registration /lobby is on the 2nd floor, which is a little inconvenient when you have kids and lots of luggage. Plus, the elevator the parking deck was out of order.
