Our room was clean, parking readily available, and we were right off the downtown strip. Very nice location. It's a very quaint old-school type hotel.
Honestly, everything was average or above average. I guess I wish the toilet was bigger.

Loved seeing the river from our room. The room was clean

Breakfast was ok, not amazing by any means.
There was a smell. Blankets were a bit weird. No TV/cable, only steaming on your own account.
