Natura VUE Resort & Boathouse

Location and view

The room had cookie crumbs stuck on the wooden window frame and cobwebs, which was already disappointing. But the worst part was that the room was not cleaned at all while I was out. When I asked about it, I was told that housekeeping is a service that guests have to request at check-in. I found this ridiculous, especially since this is not my first time staying at a hotel. Housekeeping is normally done automatically. Very disappointing experience.

Location is great and so is the view.

Housekeeping service was not done when asked. Completed the next day but not good service. One of two beds made, and some garbage left on floor when taking out the bag.

The location. It’s near the river and downtown. They offer access to Land of Natura with the stay.

It is old. I thought with the change of name and affiliation there’d be some renovation, but the room is very small and facilities very outdated. We had a balcony room which turned out be a shared patio on the bottom floor — not private, and not much a view to the river, for the plants covered the whole side up. WiFi was not working at all there. We picked this place because we stayed there years ago and they have Land of Natura tickets. With the price, we are expecting better accommodation than what we saw. Land of Natura is still a drive from the hotel. We should book somewhere else and buy Land of Natura tickets.
