Location, location, location! Easily walkable to anything on Broadway. This is a bare bone motel but clean and comfortable for the price point. Great pool for the kids in between outings. Will stay again.

Great location. 5 minute walk from the Upper Dells Boat tours and many restaurants. Bedsheets were clean. Has working AC.
Found some bugs in the restroom.

The location was great for downtown. Rooms and property were spotless!

The a/c worked well to cool the room down. The bed was comfortable. Ok place for a night, close to downtown.
The bathroom is small with a tiny sink- looks like from the 1960’s. It needs some updating. The room had an odor like an old house. There are not many electrical outlets.
