Cleanliness, quiet, and off main street/attractions.
TV had to be manually reset each time we used it, and channels were limited.

It was affordable. There were not enough outlets. The only outlets for charging our phones were by the sink. There was also no telephone in the room. If you needed to reach the front desk you had to physically walk down to the office.
