Wish there were king size beds available for the hot tub rooms

Location, design.

Its not resort level property. Room cleaning needs to be much better. Stuff has to check more deeply room before new customers to make sure everything is cleaned and working.

What I like most are amenities comfortable place swimming pools grills etc.

I've been to this place twice, and the second time I had a very unpleasant experience. This place has a very good location and is clean. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. I've never been to a hotel where the interior lobby doors are locked to guests and they don't have access to the lobby during the evening and early morning hours. I woke up at 6:00 a.m. and wanted to go get some coffee in the lobby because the coffee they offer in the rooms is horrible. To my surprise, I found all the doors to the lobby locked. Other guests also wanted to get in. All the lights were off, and there was no one there to assist them. I called the hotel number and a very grumpy guy answered. He told me the lobby wouldn't be open until 8:00 a.m. I really think it's ridiculous and stupid that you're paying and you can't even go and sit in the lobby. A lot of people got upset, but the guy seemed to not care. I wonder what will happen the day someone has an emergency and needs access to the lobby and can't. I don't think I'll ever go back.
