Small Child Friendly indoor swim area. Room was plenty large (Hotel Rome - Attached). Detachable showerhead for bathing young children. Room was clean.
Offsite Check-In. Pool area surface in kids area was a little rough for littles. Indoor swim area and indoor theme park was a little bit of a walk I guess. Wasn't bad but could have been more convenient to get to the indoor theme park from the outside.

It was nice to have the key to the room on our wristbands. Also, loved how water park/theme park was walking distance and no parking needed for the parks.
The microwave door didn't open properly. Had to unplug it and replug it to get the door open. Called front desk then cancelled when the door opened. Hopefully it got looked at prior to next guest that needed to use the microwave.

How everything was included.
I didn't like how we were in building "10" which was a little of a distance away. We didn't get to choose what building we wanted to purchase.
