Fully up to my expectations. A very comfortable stay - and a service with a smile!

A nice, very functional, clean room. Everyday room service, which one does not see very often nowadays and a very functional parking for a reasonable charge.

The fact that the temperature could not be set at the room - was a bit warmer than my taste. Some firmer pillows could be used (too soft, also for my taste). The free wifi worked well, albeit not exceptional.

I was blown away at our stay here! Something that is very big to me is having access to filtered water to fill my water bottle and they had that in the lobby in two different spots! A long with lemonade, and a tub of ice. The continental breakfast was one of the best that I’ve ever had! The first day they had biscuits and gravy and the second day they had sausage and cheese biscuits. They had oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, waffles, eggs, potatoes, and bacon too. Along with alll the toppings and fixings imaginable! And of course orange juice, apple juice, and cranberry juice. And coffee all day in the lobby!!!! Our room was also spotless!

I truly have nothing bad to say about this place! The pool isn’t very large if you’re looking to really swim, but that wasn’t a concern for us.

I'd stay there again except for the price, which might make me shop around a little next time.

Breakfast was very good. Many choices available. Hot eggs and a breakfast meat were very good. Waffles could be made as well. I always like a microwave and 'fridge in the room, which it had. The shower was great; you can adjust the temperature independently of the volume-just like home. Also, it was a walk-in shower if you have any issues there. Well-ventilated bathroom.

Lighting in the room was marginal if I wanted to do some reading anywhere but at the desk. Otherwise, it was good. Not much choice whether or not you wanted to pay $14 to park overnight.

Not so good, but not bad.

The reasons why I stayed the hotel is because, my son was IU student from August this year. So, I have to help his move dormitory. It was good location to go to IU and many restaurants.

Sometimes, they didn’t clean up my room, so we had to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper.

Incredibly clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner very nice. Great location. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked really good. I’d like to reiterate how helpful and friendly the staff was.

Our stay was short so we did not take advantage of most amenities. This was the first hotel I stayed at that did not provide toothpaste, unfortunately we did not pack any. So we had to find some in the morning. Hallway was rather warm and stuffy but room was great temp and easy to adjust. Also, room advertised $149. Credit card billed $210. Thats a big difference.

The perfect size rooms with space and very clean best value for money.

The entire building was clean and the employees were respectful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of space to house everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

The mattress or box spring seemed to buckle in at times and the first two times it happened I thought I was falling into the bed but then realized it was okay.

Very dissatisfing!

Breakfast was ok. Location was good , close to the University.

I booked a queen suite and they put us in an accessible Room . When we asked to change our room to what we booked , the front desk person refused and was not accommodating at all. We spent the night Very unhappy and upset! The room smelled terrible cause of the new carpeting and had asthma attack . They should air the room before suffocating guest in Enclosed room . It was intoxicating!!

Very friendly, clean hotel with a super nice staff

Very friendly, clean hotel with a super nice staff. One of the nights was canceled (someone from our group couldn't come), and it was done without any comment and with a smile on the face (despite it was listed as "non refundable").

Breakfast could have more than standard eggs "from powder" and sausage. Especially, if you are on any diet (e.g., gluten free) it's nearly impossible to find something healthy to eat there. But that should be easy to fix, I believe!
