It was very upsetting that I spent $919 a night and no one made our beds or brought us fresh towels. We left early Saturday morning and came back to the room very late Saturday night and our room was not touched. I will not be returning.

Good hotel in great location, right on the square and walkable to Kirkwood and campus. Two HUGE negatives: 1. Parking garage elevator not working so we had to haul bags 6flights of stairs. 2. Shocking prices during key weekends- IU Parents weekend was $1K/night! It’s obscene.

Room was direct above Coaches grill and bar and the music started at 5:00 am every morning and it sounded like it had a speaker into the room. House keeping did not pick up dirty plastic cups or change dirty sheets. Dirty wet towels were also left on the floor.

The only bad thing about the stay was that the garage elevators were out of order so if you had a lot of luggage it was inconvenient.
