For the money we paid we would expect a better breakfast, at least provode a table to eat the few items you provided.

Location is great, hot tub is amazing and so is the view from the room.

Room is very dated, carpet needs to be changed and so are the furnitures.

Best valentines stay ever.

The spa tube the front desk and had a nap so it made it easy to find our room. Also had a area for it you are a smoker or just wanted to sit outside and heard the waves and watch the sunset.

Great views, great location and not far from all the necessary things such as dinning, gas, or shopping.

The view of the ocean and cove are spectacular

The fog horn, it was stated before we stayed so it didn’t come as a surprise. The walls and window are pretty well insulated. The room gets too hot, wish there were a AC unit to bring the temperature down below 70 for sleeping. Tried leaving the slider open for fresh air but the foghorn would keep us up so we dealt with sleeping with no covers on.

Amazing views.if your rich then great place worth it

Things were broken, dirty or missing at times. Nothing life altering but I’ve seen people leave one star for less than. Just not happy for the price. Had this been 50$ would have been best stay ever. But at 350$ it’s just not amazing. Besides the view. But if it’s bad weather your SOL

Gorgeous views and roomy tub

Close walk to the ocean Cliffs and beside park. Shirt drive to the harbor for food. Lovely staff. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

Wonderful gem on the coast!

Fantastic location with stunning views. Giant tub overlooking the ocean was pure luxury!

No elevator and lots of stairs to get to the third floor which can be a challenge with luggage.

The first impression was poor. A slovenly dressed employee at check in. Poor service demeanor. The WIFI did not work. Antiquated microwave and room features. Coffee was awful. Did not get what I paid for.

Short walk to restaurants with peaceful view.

We enjoyed the unobstructed view of the ocean and Noyo River. The balcony was lovely as was the fireplace at the same window overlooking the view.

Our room was on the ground floor which meant that there was essentially no internet access unless you stood outside in the parking lot. That is to be expected in a more rural setting; however, be aware of this possibility and maybe ask for a room at a higher elevation? It's not a deal breaker, but it is an inconvenience if one is trying to plan the day (in these times, at least)

Extremely disappointing and unhygienic

The views and location is the only good thing about this place- they completely oversell the quality of the facilities.

We found dirty socks and used condoms under the bed. Worse, the management argued with us and started harassing me on Yelp after I submitted my review and photos.

There was a person who claimed to be an employee but was clearly on some kind of drug, working on a motorcycle in the parking lot. Very strange.

It was an amazing stay, the in room spa tub was perfect overlooking the harbor.

Disappointing!

Wi-Fi was so weak I wasn’t able to access it at all during my stay. They say it’s spotty, but it kept booting me off. The signal was really weak. This place is also right next to a very noisy highway. Our room was comfortable, but needs to updated.

When I went to the lobby to get coffee, I moved a table slightly to set my coffee on it when I sat down and was told I couldn’t do that. I was told breakfast was grab and go. Apparently I can’t sit in the lobby and relax.

Excellent location with upscale accommodations. Harbor view a plus.

Carpet requires cleaning, especially the entry path. Pillows on the bed were excessive with no place to store them, bed frame hard on your heels as you exit the bed.

Room with a Sea View

I recently stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and welcoming, with staff who were both friendly and professional. My room was spotless, well-lit, and equipped with all the amenities I needed.

Gorgeous spot, but there were ‘issues’.

The location was amazing! Beautiful view!

There is no elevator and we were on the third floor. Not such a big deal, but the stairs were in some kind of zigzag pattern that made it confusing when trying to get to the room and inconvenient when carrying luggage. Also there is no air conditioning so the room was very hot and that made it hard to sleep. If you opened the slider you had to listen to the fog horn going off every 30 seconds or so around the clock. The spa tub was nice but some of the jets didn’t work well and a couple of them came apart.

Gem of a hotel

This hotel was surprising. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. We felt at home instantly. Little decor items such as a special sitting area in front of the fireplace and a full sofa with coffee table made the room feel welcoming. The view of the end to the Noyo river entering the Pacific was beautiful. A large picture window brought the view inside. Excellent restaurants, one within walking distance, were welcome. We were surprise by the "take and go breakfast." It was wonderful with a large variety of items. Guests were smiling and commenting on it.

AMAZING location for a romantic getaway

LOVED the location, falling asleep to the waves and waking up to the coastal birds and watching the boats go out. Hot tub was very clean and relaxing after a long day of driving, and the robes were a luxurious touch. Bed was quite comfortable, and the room was large enough to really spread out and had a good layout. Having the grab-and-go breakfast was great, especially since we had to be on the road again early :)

Fireplace timer stopped working after I fell asleep, so the room got a little too hot during the night. It was easy to turn off though, and they were responsive when I told them in the morning, so I think this will be fixed soon.

Great view, modest accommodation with reasonable price

The view from our room was fantastic, watched the sun set every night and greeted in the morning with the ocean sounds. Lived it!

The parking was a bit treacherous, and limited. Additionally, there was no A/C on this unusually warm weekend, but there was a box fan which did the job.

Great stay very cozy

The room was comfortable with lots of space. The in room tub filled up fast and was very cozy.

There is a fog horn blowing all day and night. However with ear plugs, you can't hear it at night.

Location was great. Registration lady was very nice. Views were terrific.

Furniture is probably from when the hotel opened like 30 years ago. They were once the premier place but they haven’t upgraded anything. Huge humps in the bed and the couch was so broken down that you couldn’t get back off of it.
