Air conditioner was off when we arrived, hallway and room very warm.The airconditioner was very noisy. I was surprised that there was no closet and no USB chargers though.

i left the property because it appeared less than advertised, AND the google maps rated it at 3.4 while priceline rated it at >7.0 additionally, upon arrival, the office was locked with no one to check us in. after 5 minutes. we left.

Not what I expected from a Best Western

Day staff was helpful and upgraded our room for free considering our ordered room was not yet ready.

vending machine and ice machine on my floor were non operational. breakfast was subpar at best.

Budget hotel that gives low budget quality.

Right off the freeway, near lots of food options and gas stations. The front desk woman was very nice when checking in.

The hotel lobby was very musty because of the indoor pool but our hotel room also had a scent to it that was very strong and unpleasant. The water faucets had hard water scum near the spouts (bathroom sink and shower) which caused the water pressure to be very poor. The water would take a while to heat up so both our showers were cold until we were about done (about 5 minutes to warm up slightly).

Clean and comfortable room.

Staff told us the pool was available prior to booking then we arrived to a pool under maintenance and freezing cold. Poor communication and really disappointed our kids.

food sparse and not very good, not well stocked. had to hunt someone down to get a fork and the plastic ware was flimsy and kept breaking. there on Father’s Day. you would think they would try a little harder for a nice breakfast.

worse place I have ever stayed.

spacious parking

handicapped rooms were terrible. leaking shower. safety issues EVERY window including bath window unlocked!!! far from ice, far from breakfast. someone tried to help me by offering me their handicapped room because they said one wasn’t available! They had audacity to ask us(2 women) if we were together. she was just trying to be helpful. the clerk then said they discouraged guests from conversing together. this 5’6” 180 lb man was initially alone. then another male clerk showed up. he started talking about me but my hearing is excellent! a young woman was told to call me later that night. so many things wrong with this room-even shower curtain dirty-water on the shower floor!!! then clerk didn’t tell me I was being given a handicapped room. the shower head was broken. I have pictures. repairs needed to be done. cold air coming through large crack top of door. also SOCIAL DISTANCING told me to “stand back please’ yet 5 white LARGE chairs and chaise was in other part of waiting area with a one foot space. also made me sign for any damages my small cat might do I called office and said carpet, ottoman, chair, dresser all had damage so I took pictures. my worst experience over 4000 miles. never stop there again. clerk also initially refused my tax exemption card until I called corporate and informed them I would be filing a complaint when I returned home and they face a fine up to 10k. my room was reserved by previous Best Western clerk but not ready. neither was the other ladies. I had to park by the pool far from all facilities ice and breakfast.

. Shower water pressure in both rooms we stayed in was very poor. We stayed on 2nd and 3rd floors. The aroma is very musty and dusty throughout. Very substandard of Best Western Hotel name. Should be embarrassed

Hardly anything left at 8:15 am. Someone had a large poodle in the breakfast area!
