Overall the property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had many options.

The customer service of the front desk staff person during the morning shifts was terribly rude to me and many of the friends I traveled with. Very curt in her responses to questions, not helpful at all when issues came up. She was eating her breakfast at the front desk which was really unprofessional as she had to cover her mouth every time anyone came to the counter for assistance.

Always nice and clean, even though it’s getting older now. Still comfortable. Also appreciate the fact that guests can go grab a pretty decent breakfast in the morning.

The girl at the front desk didn’t seem happy and had an attitude. Maybe she was just having a bad day.(??)

Good stay with exception of ac controls.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of selections. Excellent coffee. Seating was limited. Several of the chairs in dining area not conducive to eating. Different egg and meat every day.

The air conditioning unit was either too hot or too cold, and blew directly onto the bed. Controls were from wall mount thermostat, not on the unit.

Awful and very disappointing!

Nothing! The room was dirty and without a refrigerator. Staff would not transfer us to another room nor provide a refrigerator. Staff was unhelpful and Booking.com was also unhelpful. Breakfast was included with the price, but we checked out after discussing the above issues, so we didn’t have breakfast. Sorry to say, we won’t be using Booking.com in the future.
