Good location and value - great breakfast.

The breakfast was good with a nice choice of options. However, the sausage patties were rather dry but the sausage links were good. The location was very good. Away from heavy traffic but still convenient.

The sausage patties could be made a little more moist and one time the breakfast omelets were somewhat overcooked. Other than that, the breakfast was very good.

It was overall very clean. Outside of the room was very clean.

Our room had stains on the carpet and a terrible oder from dog excrement, that wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I would recommend using indoor/outdoor carpet or tile for pet rooms.

Comfy bed, spacious room. Clean. Accommodated our request for two rooms next to each other. Staff was friendly.

We were in-between this hotel and another hotel based on reviews about breakfast and amenities. We were hoping to be able to swim in the indoor pool with our kids since we were only going to be in-town for 2 nights for a wedding. We were also hoping for a nice hot breakfast per reviews about breakfast. Both nights we were there, the pool was not available for use. Pancake machine was out of order the first morning. 2nd morning, there was no hot food, only cold breakfast/to go food. I was disappointed that I paid as much as I did for amenities I expected to be there but weren't there. I could have stayed at a different hotel but I went by the brand.... and I regret it.

Location and I love that the rooms have a sitting area, you don’t have to sit on the bed all the time.

You have to request room service here but they may not do it anyway.

The parking was perfect. The location was also perfect.

The fact that you have to request room service. Never in my life staying in hotels did I ever have to do that up until now. On top of that when I requested it, they still never serviced my room. Plus the microwave in my room had an old plate of food that was who knows how old and it almost made me sick.

I’d choose a different hotel next time that is maintained better.

The location is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is good.

The breakfast area, halls and room felt humid and warm constantly. The room AC had an awful smell of urine when turned on. The bathroom was very hot to be in. The shower head was hanging off not even attached to the wall. The carpet had stains. The bathroom wall had stains and chips in the paint. The pool was not heated and was freezing cold .

The ownership has not been properly maintaining the property, and our hotel room was beaten up.

The beds were comfortable, but that's the only positive I can come up with.

This hotel looked beaten up. The doors to the room and the bathroom were badly chipped up, carpet was a bit ratty . . . looks like a lot of deferred maintenance. The breakfast was very so-so. No fresh fruit was available, and the cereals were all the sugary type.

Wonderful!

The staff was great! Elizabeth we got to see quite a bit and she was so friendly! My girls just loved her and my little one loved giving her hugs. Staff was quick to help when our shower wasn’t working and got us a new room right away. The breakfast was amazing.

The staff was nice and polite

The air conditioner smelt musky every time it ran and there were flys everywhere. You could hear everything happening in the other rooms. My toilet I had to flush multiple times just to get toilet paper down.

Worse day of my life.

The deluxe room was okay

The manger and staff lied and said I didn’t pay for these days kicked me out and haven’t refunded me my money. they said I threatened them by saying my kids are getting dropped of soon (two 7year olds and 3year old) called the cops and lied saying a staff in my room with me( never had staff in my room) seen a gun on me which was my torch lighter so I was immediately put in handcuffs exiting the motel. Now I’m out 300$ and can’t even go on the property to retrieve it.

The breakfast was fine, but the eggs were a little crusty, the pancake machine broke down the 3rd day, and the milk was sour for two days. But they did say they would dump the rest of the milk
