It was pure dirty hell for $300

Hello, my name is Megan Ouellette and I need to speak with you about our most recent stay. I have NEVER have had a more horrible stay. We spent a whopping $277 for this room. The second we walked in, Everything in our room smelled like dog. There was blood and dirt on the bed. The fridge was full of trash from the last person. I took my tennis shoes and socks off and my feet were BLACK from the floor. Our bed frame was broken and so was the microwave. The fridge barely worked. There was a CRACK in the tv. And last but not least, there were two wasps in our room that we had to get out , and I am allergic to bees. And why wasn’t my ID asked for at check in?! I have never spent this much money at a hotel but this weekend everything was booked for this and for the price, I assumed it would be nicer. A motel six would’ve been better. And to top it off, no matter how many times we called the front desk, they did not answer. I needed extra pillows and a new sheet from there being blood in it. No answer. Everyone , and I mean everyone was smoking inside and I am highly sensitive to smoke. No repremanding?! I need a refund. I refuse to pay for this room. I don’t sleep. People were shouting all night. It was filthy and had so many safety concerns. There aren’t any fire extinguishers?! I need a refund. Immediately. And I need to speak with someone about this.

The couple who were working at the facility were lovely.

Horrible horrible place. I do not recommend at all. The staff was lovely , but the place smelt of cigarettes and our room wreaked . It was dirty, noisy, sketch. Worst decision we made on our one month holiday in Oregon.

Everything. Smelled like animal piss, tbe beds weren’t comfortable. We had other ppl that were staying there by our window pretty much the whole night, just a very very disgusting place. Never again. I thought a roach was gonna jump out eventually. Terrible. Never again. This hotel should never charge over 10 dollars a night.

Nightmare

Very long check in, desk employee could not operate there computer, and had a very difficult time using the visa machine. The room was filthy, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, the access key to the room was an actual key, felt very unsafe. The comforters on beds were the exact same my grandparents had when I visited 30 years ago. So bad after five minutes I went back to the front desk and requested a refund . PS, I had left my favorite Black Dress Shirt hanging back side bathroom door and forgot it. I spoke with the same front desk employee requesting my shirt and was told nothing turned in sorry about my luck.

THE STAFF WAS VERY PLESANT!

First of all, I had to wait like 30 minutes for someone to come to check me in! There are no public restrooms in the lobby or hallway! The room was next to the laundry room, and a horrible housekeeper started the washing machine at 6 am. Imagine that bumping noise! My head hurt 3 days afterward! STAY AWAY!

Worst stay ever

Nothing was good about this hotel. False advertising said they had air and they did not. I didnt like anything. I would not stay again and would never recommend to anyone.

No elevator no AIR CONDITION, vending machine out of order, beds and pillows terrible. Gross people hung around the entrance door smoking 247. No screen on window had to have it open due to NO air condition. It was so loud we didnt sleep the 2 nights we were there. The entrance door to the building closed so slow anyone could go inside. Kind of shady location un easy feeling. The worst.

It’s cute and close to the beach.

Our door keys kept getting demagnetized and entering the hotel and room were difficult. The room we had had a joining door to the next room and we could hear literally every sound from the adjoining room. I really didn’t like that. There was long black hair all over our towels and bathtub. Lastly the halls smelled really bad like dog. The room itself was nice. A cute remodel. If it haven’t been for the key issue the other problems wouldn’t have been so bad. The staff was really nice.

I honestly was not happy with my stay for the amount that I paid.

I like that I was close to were I needed to be and that the receptionist was very very nice. Overall I will not return again until they get better housekeeping and the owners get this place upgraded and clean.

First we changed rooms 2 times cause each room we were given was not even clean, first room was not touched by housekeeping at all, 2nd room had dirty sheets and nasty floor with cigarette butt and a nasty shower, then the 3rd room was cleaner but still not great. Overall Dirty room, very run down, hard beds, no breakfast available in the mornings, smells like wet dog in the hallway. They need better housekeeping and reliable employees that the front desk person can depend on.

Fraud, do not book this hotel via this website

Nothing. Fraudulent and a horrible overall experience

when I booked on booking.com I received a confirmation email from the property. We were going to be arriving late so I called to make sure the lobby would be open. They said they didn’t have any reservations matching mine. I forwarded them the confirmation email and they requested that I cancel through booking.com and rebook upon arrival. I argued this as it clearly stated in my confirmation email that they did not do refunds under 24 hrs notice. They insisted it would still be refunded and this was the only way to stay with them. I requested a cancellation and refund and have still not received the money back. Everything else about the visit was also sub par and unprofessional. Stay elsewhere!

This is not a fancy hotel but great if you’re trying to get out on a budget.

The property is located in a great area. It’s close to everything. The staff were awesome and checking in and out was easy as well. I also loved the price I paid for the room.

The room could’ve been cleaner but we didn’t chose this hotel because it’s 5 stars. I picked this location because the price was perfect for a one night stay. The building seems to be older and that’s ok.

Hotel is so outdated and we were scared to sleep that night (Room 107)

We have the worst experience. We got to the hotel and the clerk saying that Booking have trouble sending the reservation confirmation so we have to rebooked and paid for a new reservation $55.50 (queen size bed instead) and no shower curtain. Please refund me back or I will have to dispute as service not rendered. I have a confirmation authorized from the hotel for Booking for a refund.

Booking and Hotel didn’t connect with each other.
