It was just a little average.

Room was clean, breakfast was excellent, staff were nice and friendly

The furniture is old with scratches and the sofa chair has some faint stains. The bathroom thing where the towels hang just broke off from the hinge. I especially do not like the $12 parking fee.

The manager made his presence known and the closed gate parking gave such a sense of security. The female night staff we’re informative about on site amenities. I will definitely come back. The breakfast was yummy and different daily.

Location. Probably the best mid priced option in the area

Basic maintenance. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my week in Glendale and both bathrooms had broken towel bars. One came flying off the wall and hit my toe. Luckily I didn't get cut.

This was a good option for visiting family in the area.

The waffles were great and your staff were nice. They replaced our shower head when it wasn’t working properly.

Hair in the shower. Checking in. The clerk tried to charge me when I prepaid. I had to show him that I had emailed confirmation and credit card charges to prove it from Booking.com. He eventually found a virtual card that had the prepaid amount on it. He should have looked at that first.

Would have been nice if the elevator worked. Electrical outlets in room need work. Attitude and capability of most front desk need attention. Paying for parking here is an insult. Location is not the best.

Bryan made everything very nice he always nice.

Bryan is always so friendly and accommodating. The other girl was very rude when I asked for a receipt she told me very rudely get it on line.

What a beautiful hidden gem of hospitality!

super easy to find, immaculate grounds. In fact, we arrived during the lunch hour- we were immediately checked in and made comfortable; which I greatly appreciated since I just had major surgery. Our room was stunning- just gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It even smelled wonderful! All staff that we interacted with - my husband at front desk and me at room with cleaning staff- just everyone was professional with great personality!

I choose this hotel because it was the mid point from event attending and Bur airport

Room on 3rd floor room 301 to be specific. It's facing the road way/ freeway access. All night we can hear the cars racing by. Didn't sleep well up at 1130pm, then again at 2am the 330am. We finally checked out at 530 to head to airport. I'm 100% sure this was not a double Queen size beds (seemed more like a full) felt like we were gonna fall off. Also the screen door to balcony was broken, the door to the cabinet where the microwave and fridge are stored was broken. Did notified staff immediately
