This place is terrible

The bathroom had hair on the floor. The toilet water tank had blood stain on the side that had dripped along the side and dried. During checkin there was a requirement for a $20 cash deposit. When checking out, the lady at the desk was adamant that we did not give her the deposit. She kept repeating that she wasnt given the cash deposit. I asked her to check the footage from the camera that is there and it will show that we did. At this point she didnt say anything and handed us the $20 bill. She was clearly trying to keep it.

To start out checking in was horrible and rude.I got to the room took my shoes off not going lie but the couple mins I had my shoes of my feet were black from just walking in room. Shower water wasn’t draining properly I would have to turn off the shower so the water won’t get fill in bath tub and bed were just bad felt like a rock and sheets and also smell like sewerage in the room

A very comfortable, clean simply basic room at an excellent value for the rate. The upgraded designer bathroom fixtures and amenities are a definite plus.

Sadly, no ice machine on the property.

I WOULD LIKE BOOKING.COM TO LET ME KNOW IF THERE WAS A $20 CHARGE IN CASH? I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO PAY $20 CASH FOR A CLEANING FEE. THE HOTEL PERSON WHO ASSISTNED ME SAID THAT IT HAD TO BE IN CASH. I DID NOT HAVE CASH ON ME AND SHE POINTED TO A CASH MACHINE ADJACENT TO THE OFFICE. I WAS CHARGED $4 TO GET OUT $20 FOR A SO-CALLED DEPOSIT. WHO CHARGES ANYONE IN CASH? I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS AND I WOULD LIKE BOOKING TO INFORM ME IF THIS WAS LISTED WITHIN THIS HOTEL'S REQUIREMENT. IF I GIVE A TOTAL STRANGER $20 AND WITHOUT A RECEIPT, IS HIGHLY SUSPCIOUS! THERE IS NO PROOF OF MY GIVING THEM A CASH DEPOSIT. NOT TO MENTION, NO HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT ASK FOR $20 DEPOSIT!!!!

The room was clean but the broken shower door and extremely noisy

many things first when I check in I told the guy I need a quiet room nobody above me because I don’t want to hear noises over my head all night so he said there is nobody above you but as soon as I checked in, someone was walking upstairs all night walls are very thin. You can hear every thing so I was not able to sleep even for five minutes then in the morning as soon as I try to take a shower, the door fall on me. The water went all over in the bathroom, so in 56 hours, basically I was trying to fix their things then I was told by the guy no Vista can come and talk to me then in the morning when I get out of the room to check out, there is a woman she was standing by my room so I get watched all night every minute second

I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after staying there.

We rented a 2 bed plus a pullout bed room, the pullout mattress had no fitted sheets or regular sheets, mattress was dirty with stains in it, so we decided to all 3 of us sleep on 2 beds. The pictures we saw online looked nice, but they only took pictures of the bed side that had a nice wall, the rest of the room had dirty walls with the paint falling.

We paid in advance for our room, when we got there he said that there was a $20 deposit charge, when we checked out the next morning, I ask for my deposit back and she said No, that that’s standard for them to keep. I didn’t even argue because we wanted to leave that place fast.

Only 1 trash bin and that was only for the bathroom. Only 2 sets of pillows for a family of 6. When asked if we can obtain 2 out even 1 more staff declined… yet again other rooms were empty. WiFi wasn’t working for me..

Would Never Go Back. Book Best Western Instead.

Loose Nails in the door frame, which was also coming off the wall because the hinge to keep the door closed in the event of emergency or need for privacy is only attached to the trim and not the wall. Walls were scuffed up and damaged, blue painters tape on the window saying don't open but no warning about the loose nails. Couch was obviously in need of cleaning. There were many reasons to not go back. The spa was nice but the step done is possibly more than a foot steep and nothing to grip your feet as you step down with no handle bars for safety. The shower, in order to get out, has no handle bar to hold on to if you want to pull the door, just a 1 inch round stub because the opposite side of the door on the outside of the shower has the handle you'd used to pull it, even though you push from that side to get it.

I love the location! cute small motel friendly staff and the motel is recently renovated like new! very spacious and nice. the bathroom is super nice with fridge and blow dryer and the staff were very nice! close to downtown shopping centers next to Mediterranean restaurants & Armenian food thank you 💕 I’ll be coming back!

no microwave to warm up for leftovers. the parking is small since its a small motel but luckily we had a very small car. maybe for bigger van or suv might have to park on the street.
