I love everything about the property. The parking is really convenient with that cross walk to the Hotel. Breakfast was good too. The staff there is very professional and friendly. Kitchen staff does an amazing job… five stars to the kitchen crew.
The rooms need to be cleaned better. They look clean but in reality the dust was bad.

Location was great! Our room had a balcony over looking the Gulf of America! Walking distance to restaurants and Pier Park!

HOUSEKEEPING!!!!! They will not change out towels unless you specifically ask on days that you are not scheduled to have your room cleaned. I have never been to a place where the towels was not replaced on a daily basis. They may not change the sheets every day but bathroom needs should be changed out every day without exception. Pool was supposed to be heated but felt cold and hot tub was broke down.
