Location is wonderful next to pier, shopping, restaurants. Mel at the beach bar was amazing, so was the food. Beds, pillows, water pressure was the best. Staff is kind and hotel is super clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had! My kids loved the slide at the pool.

Beautiful light and airy room. Customer service was EXCELLENT. The pool and sun area were fantastic. Food Menu for dinner was brilliant. David our server was spirited, efficient and a credit to the hotel. The proximity to Pier Park - where in the USA can you stay without needed a rental car? Fantastic. Also Walmart and Target were in easy walking distance, with pedestrian crossings at the highway crossing so that you could cross safely. Did I mention Walmart? lol.
Housekeeping frequency was somewhat sketchy, you never knew exactly when they were going to attend to the room. Improvement Points: Guests should be advised as to the housekeeping schedule (where possible). Room Kitchen needed some basic articles - like bowls and cutlery - also a kettle rather than a coffee making machine.

Excellent staff very helpful and friendly
Faucet leaked and bathroom sink slow to drain. Onsite maintenance reported they were currently replacing all faucets and drains and that our only fix was to wrap a towel around faucet and to disassemble the drain
