We stayed there many times from the years .
One of the pool wasn’t open and the hot tub was low on water and the pool that was open didn’t have a nite light working on it . Those things need fixing ( now) and it take an engineer to figure out how to work the TV in the room .

Convenient location
Room was not what I originally booked and had to have them put us in a different room with correct amount of space. Not the cleanest but still enjoyable

Did not realize there was a complimentary breakfast 😳 i would've taken advantage of it. The staff was very nice and helpful anytime we needed something. The room was comfortable and clean. I Also like the fact that we saw a person who i believe to have been the owner present and on the hotel grounds at any given time. Also, even with the guest having to park across the street he was patrolling the area to be sure his guests parking wasn't being taken by nearby restaurant customers. However, his tone of voice and overbearing way of approaching us not realizing we were guest was uncalled for. He did apologize after finding out we were guest at his hotel. The hotels outside bar and staff was excellent!! Someone did mention the fact that they believed the hotel was under new management. Hopefully the new management will make a few changes on the upkeep on the rooms and room conveniences.
The upkeep of the room. In need of Alot of remodeling and things that needed to be fixed. ( bathroom vent hanging from the ceiling, bath tub handle hanging, toilet base cracked, one coffee cup in a room with a full kitchen and 2 beds, top of eating table loose to the point of being wobbly. Didn't realize the rooms didn't get cleaned daily unless you asked. Our floors were covered in sand with no broom in the room to sweep it up. No table on balcony, not even a small one. It Did have 2 chairs tho. Would have enjoyed having hotel beach chairs set up and included instead of having to rent the small chairs with umbrellas.
