Booked a gulf view room only not to get it they gave me a partial view but that’s not what I paid then gets mad about it smh

This hotel had it all!! It was directly across the street from the gulf beaches, easy access to the DOG beach, where dogs can enjoy the beach all day!! The superior service began upon arrival with the valet($28/day) parking staff who were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful with our bags unpacking/packing up the car. The hotel staff in general were friendly, efficient and accommodating and the breakfast buffet staff were fantastic!
This hotel had an excellent system in place for dogs, with "pet inside" door hangers. The maid service could be standard or they could just leave a bag of fresh towels and supplies outside your door at your preference.
The room itself was simply amazing--we got a king size bed, gulf view, two room suite at an amazing price from Agoda with breakfast buffet and happy hour included. They offered a great buffet with standard breakfast fare, plus an omelet station and make your own waffle station. In the afternoons they offered a free "afternoon reception" with a choice of two fruity drinks or an American beer each/day and light pretzel, snack mix and veggies with dip. It was a great pick me up when back from the beach!! The hotel was within very easy walking distance of the beach, multiple restaurants and the mini pier shopping street (?). There were excellent fudge/candy/ice cream shops, typical beach vacation souvenir, coffee, toy and food shops-Auntie Anne's pretzels, Nathan's Hot Dogs, Five Guys, and many more restaurants of different calibers. The pier shopping street even had a kiddie train riding up and down the "strip" and a ferris wheel! Our pup was welcome everywhere we went on covered patios!
