The location across the street from the beach was ideal for us. The neighborhood was also good with low/med traffic for as many rentals in the area. Having a kitchen for us is always great.
They could have washed the pots and pans - we had to wash them before we used them. Because they are "renovating" they do not have an office so initial contact was a bit challenging.
