Clean and felt safe.
Perhaps you could somehow distinguish the electrical key card from the door key card. Perhaps a simple breakfast could be included.

The property has nice views that look out onto a golf course.
The first room we were assigned smelled bad of mildew. We were switched to another room which had an adjoining door to the next room, which we were not fans of, and could hear the next-door neighbors plainly. Also, there’s no Jacuzzi in the pool area. The main equipment in the fitness center was broken. The kitchen closed early on Sunday morning so we weren’t able to eat the breakfast that we had already prepaid for and we weren’t offered a refund.
