Nice quiet hotel. Not too busy when I was there. Free breakfast (no potatoes that I saw though) Free parking. Clean looking room (except for those hairs stuck to the sheets / bedding). Even the hallway smells nice. Workout room. Pool. I would definitely stay here again. Let me be clear I liked this place before I nitpick the “what I didn’t like” section.
Hairs stuck to sheets creeps me out. At times the toilet felt loose. Maybe just the seat, not sure. Shower had some staining and a hole next to the hardware, likely water getting inside. I don’t like using a touchscreen to check in. By the way, I have a cold. And had to use the touchscreen. Sorry, next person. And who knows who used it before me. Yes, there are hand-sanitizing stations around, but still, no one wants the exposure in the first place. How about touchless check-in?—Oh yeah, they do that—they do send a check in email before your stay so you can do it early and on your own device. But it asks for your vehicle plates (is this necessary?) and that’s not convenient when you’re filling it out while not at your car. When checking in at the hotel though, the desk clerk tells you to put your state in that field if you don’t know plates. Hint hint. Anyway, I digress.

That the receptionist offered to cancel my reservation for the standard fee, after driving 18 hours to find out they do not offer smoking rooms as I had requested upon booking through you. According to the receptionist smoking isn't allowed with 150' of the entrance. I loved the slamming door and kids hollering in the hallway upto and past midnight before the morning race
That your company was unaware of city and motel smoking ordinances. The breakfast was a bit bland, the pillows were way to soft, and I had to walk almost off property to vape when I just wish to recover from the longest race I've run to date
