Room was clean. Enjoyed the value of good breakfast and dinner. Access to fountain machine diet coke was my fave!

Clean, pleasant staff; food selection, including Happy Hour, was good. It is also great that the property includes a covered parking garage in the price! We will return to this property if we are in San Antonio. If you want a location near Fiesta Texas or SeaWorld, this location is ideal.
It appeared that at least one elevator was not working, or they were all very slow.

Loved everything about it!
Location only due to construction. It’s probably out of your control but having traffic cut through your lotus very inconvenient. It took 5 minutes just pull out of my parking spot at the entrance due to people cutting through your lot. Other than that loved our stay and would stay there again!

Elevator wait! Stuck on 6th floor for 20 minutes waiting for the Elevator!!!!We couldn't eat the free breakfast and was late to my Dr appointment!!!!!
