We love to stay here the boys love the pool and the breakfast! We are always comfortable and we feel welcomed ! The staff our always so friendly!! Also the location is perfect 20mins or less to everything we love doing !!

The locations is really good. It's near to almost everything that you would like to do in San Antonio, since we wanted to travel different areas, the location was apt for us. The view from the hotel is also good, if your rooms are for city view.
The breakfast options were just fine, they will do the work.
The room facilities could be good, maybe it's just this time but Ice machine on any floor was not working.
Generally these days coffee is available bit late but they close everything with breakfast time.
The refrigerator was also not working on one of the rooms.

The A/C was not working properly and did advise front desk staff.

The breakfast was very good and there was a good variety of food options.
The humidity in the room. The air-conditioning worked well but it was always too humid and damp in the room.
