We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of our room, the space we had in our family suite and the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was decent.
The hot tub was not working the whole time we were there it was slightly warmer than the actual pool which was a bummer. There wasn’t a sign or anything saying it wasn’t working either which was confusing. The “dining” table we had in our room was super wobbly no matter what we did it wouldn’t stay stable. I’m sure if we had said something about it they would have fixed it but it wasn’t a big deal and we were hardly using it anyway.

The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts that we've ever had. The food options were great. And the rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast and staff.
There were roaches in the bathtub and the floors and counters were not cleaned. Found old hair clips by the bed on the floor and bathroom counters were dusty.
