We have stayed here before and I can see the cleanliness of the property has improved greatly. I do like the added security of the parking lot too.
The guest laundry it still is hard to use with the amount of guests that stay there. Noise level of the guests can be disruptive due to the lack of sound proofing.

Ok
Same old breakfast over the past 20 yrs. Please change up a bit. Also the dinner can stand improvement.
