That it smelled like marijuana, the bathroom was dirty and the heater/ac unit had dust, dirt and bugs in it.

Miserable experience

The breakfast is okay. Location is good.

We have stayed there many times in the past. It has gone downhill. I have suffered with hives for several days since then. My husband couldn't believe how bad it was. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and have never had this happen before. We always stay on the first floor because my husband can't do the steps. They told my husband that dogs only stay on the second floor. Not true. We passed by a door on the first floor and a dog started barking really loud. I love dogs, but don't lie about it. I have a granddaughter who is severely allergic to dogs. I'm sure she isn't the only one.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, they allow pets and they gave us a new room after two complaints for being unclean.

There was feces on the underside of the toilet seat and dried food either mold in a Styrofoam container sitting on top of the microwave. Even after the room had supposedly been cleaned. They would not refund our money so we had to stay. They did move us to a different room that was cleaner.

Parking was dirty, some of the three guests appeared to be living there. There was a guy shirtless in the hall yelling. The shuttle appears to be the manager's personal vehicle. Hyundai tuscon. Thank God there was only three people in my party.

A really nice place to stay if you want a good night of sleep. Give it a try!

The hotel is nice! Even though it is right next to the airport, we had an excellent night's sleep. We could not hear any airplanes. We were just down the street from Shoney's with a yummy breakfast buffet. I highly recommend staying here.

The only downside was the pool was closed. A sign was posted on the counter where you check-in.

There were roaches and the front staff was rude and of evasive.

Location

In the first room, there was a roach in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and asked to be moved to another room. We showed them a photo of the Roche because the front desk person did not believe us They moved us to a comparable room the walls and the lampshades were dirty. We asked to talk to the manager and get a partial refund and we told to call back the next day. We called three subsequent days and were told she was in training and called the next week and we’re told she was in training. We sent emails and did not get a response. I would not recommend this place.

Money trap. The bugs are bigger than you.

I arrived at 1 am. due to my flight. By this time, i had lost a day of my reservation. I didn't pre-pay. But the employee wanted to charge me for the day l lost. The bed sheets and pillow cases had stains in them. Half the lights and the TV didn't work, COCK ROACHES lived in my shower, and he was unwilling to change my room. The whole experience was awful. I should have slept in my rental car.

Horrible!!!! Still haven’t been refunded for the other night we couldn’t stay

We did not like anything about the property… Pretty sure people are soliciting prostitution when we walked in the had rooms.. The room smelt horrible.. The carpet was wet and dirty ruining our Sox… The air conditioning smelt so bad we had to turn it off and couldn’t use it causing to be hot.. There was no sip or shampoo in the shower…. we got the room for 2 nights and couldn’t stand it another night.. We have requested a refund because we couldn’t stay in the room any longer and had to end up buying a new room and still haven’t heard anything!!! Please do not stay here if you are anything like us… I

Refrigerator in the room was extremely loud and clunky when operating. The location outdoors itself, not the facility, had a strange odor in the morning, like it was near a garbage dump.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. In previous stays there was a lot more food selections.

The breakfast could have had more choice options. The room was clean as far as the bed and linens, however it had a very bad Odor that caused us both to be congested by morning.

Worth the price

The location was good, I could hear the planes but they weren’t loud enough to bother me. Breakfast was all bread/carbs but it was free so I didn’t expect a large spread.

The bed was uncomfortable and the AC unit was very noisy so it was hard to get a good nights sleep.

A clean, comfortable stay with an excellent breakfast all at a good value!

I called for a shuttle ride very late or it might have been early the next day and the driver/desk clerk came right over! The breakfast the next morning was amazing. The worker was pleasant and efficient and put on a great spread. I made sure to let her know what a great job she did. The bed was ultra comfortable and I slept very well. Your hotel was a great choice and one I will make again when I am in Louisville.

The pool was closed but not sure I would have had time to use it. I am not a big fan of air conditioning, it was on when I opened the door I immediately noticed a wet, musty smell. I think it was in the carpeting most likely from the air conditioner. Perhaps if there had been no carpeting or some sort of dehumidification system it might not have felt so wet. Also, the air conditioner was a little loud

Barely adequate, definitely not a 3 star experience.

Easy access near Highway / Interstate. Has some restaurants and a gas station right near by.

The pool and laundry were out of use, there is a small lobby area that is also the breakfast room, and it did not have enough seating for the amount of guests in the morning. The breakfast was simple and at times lacking some of the options, the coffee was poor. Our room door required slamming to close as it didn’t fit the doorframe properly, I noticed this on a couple other doors along our corridor too.

Overall, the stay was good.

I liked the location, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

My first room had a broken lock in the door and a bed bug. The room they moved me too had a stopped up toilet and the phone didn't work so I had to walk downstairs to alert them. They also charged my credit card a week before my cancellation period. I was going anyway but they had no right to charge my card. The lady stated they always do it because they have a waiting list for people to book.
