Definitely expect a cheap motel experience

Stuff was nice building was in good shape parking lot was clean so was all walkways

There was hair in the bath tub and on the toilet the bed was like laying on a stiff camping mat and there was only two pillow per bed and the pillows was old and not very comfortable both usb ports on night stands was very lose and didn’t work you hear air planes all night and all day landing and taking off the remote too the tv didn’t work they brought another one that would only change the channel room number was #209

Good value for an overnight stay

The front desk clerk Nathan was very nice and accommodating and exhibited exceptional customer service. The room was large, clean, and bug free. Also all amenities (heater, tv, shower, toilet, fridge etc) worked properly and without issue. Also, location is close to several food places and gas stations

Overall it is not a place I would go back to stay.

I liked the interior lighting of the room and the newer modern look.

I didn’t like the first room we got and the location. There is a lot of drug activity there and the receptionist was very rude. The one older male was very nice and respectful. There was glass in our first rooms bed and it was stained up. When we asked for a room change or to replace the sheeting, the lady was very rude and trying to say we were lying.

Pets are “free” , with a $50 pet deposit in case pets destroy room he said it will credit back after my stay, , they Took my pet deposit even though my pet made no mess or anything , senior chihuahua no teeth with heart failure weights 4 pounds .is puppy pad trained & outside potty trained , my dog laid in his dog bed for the one night we stayed . This place is scammy . Stay away. Place was dirty and sketchy as heck.

The property was deplorable. It is unfit for a family to stay there. The common hallways smell like urine. There are dog feces all over the walkways. There is one common microwave in a hallway that smells like urine. The microwave was dirty and had roaches around it. The tub was dirty.

Location. It was close to the venue.

The bathtub drained water extremely slow, air conditioner was very weak, none of the staff checked on us for fresh towels, we had to go find staff to swap out dirty towels for clean ones, no where to put your trash, only one microwave for all the people staying in the hotel and it was located near the ice machine, only one washer and dryer everyone to use.

I was very uncomfortable.

The price and the bed wasnt bad.

The bathroom was not very clean, tub had black ring around it and hair that was not mines was on the floor. I didnt want to walk bare foot. There was no microwave which i found very inconvenient. Me and my daughter had to watch television on our phones because the television didnt have good service it keep glitching constant. I didnt feel very safe. It was a last minute booking but I wont stay there again. They need to focus on customer comfort and instead the money. Motels and hotels should feel like home away from home. If your customer is comfortable the money will easily follow.

The accommodations were fine for resting after a long travel day.

The location was immediately off of I-65 which was the interstate we were travelling to return home.

I don't think it was the motel's fault, but our room was on the back side of the motel and others that were on our floor were loud and slamming doors until 3 AM

There was what looked like blood on the wall electrical unit outside the bathroom I was afraid to touch it Then there were on 2 towels in the room Then there were kids running up and down the walk way outside. I would like a total refund.

The location was in a very bad spot. Dirty, water in the tub didn't work, the whole place had people in and out. Our door was tried twice three time in 5 minutes. We demanded a refund, which I haven't seen yet. We did not feel safe at all. We left.

I called before my reservation to ask if they would require a deposit and I was told no then when I arrived I was told I had to pay a $50 deposit, there was a dog in the room next to me that barked for two hours straight going until 2 AM

It’s a really nice place to stay most of the staff was friendly one of the office workers was very rude and not friendly at all but the night guy that was there a couple of our nights was very friendly

Asked to be on first floor due to bad knees, was sent an email stating the would be able to accommodate my request. When we checked in we were given a second floor room that I had to climb stairs. Was an awful experience for my knees.

Making sure that all the rooms are clean after EVERY guest, regular smoke detector maintenance so guest are not accused at 2:50am of removing it and later having to change rooms because their equipment is not work in and not being offered any comp for the inconvenience, getting the staff (Leo) customer service classes. He is very condescending and misogynistic.

Nice and clean rooms. Nice workers.Great rates on room. Beds are comfortable. No pet fee which I absolutely LOVE!!! . And lots of stores and restaurants. I recommend this motel 100% to anyone. IF you're looking for a great stay in Louisville come here.

1. The fire alarm started ringing at 10 pm when my mom and I were already sleeping and it took around 20 minutos to stop. 2. Friendly staff and cleaness and peacefulness it really fills like home to me hopefully the managers here will let me stay here until my monthly check comes back in again on the 3 of the month cause right now I'm out of money and funds right now

I really don't have nothing to really complain about other than when somebody's a fire alarm goes off it wakes people up cuz everybody's goes off in the hall goes off and then the fire department comes but other than that I rather it be safe than sorry so I actually loved everything about motel 6
