I will never stay there again , even though I have been doing so since early 1990s.

Location, Price

I arrived at 2;48 , and they turned me away until 3. Noise of drunks was continuous . Lobby closed. Snow not removed well . I got stuck.

Inexpensive but the neighborhood is not safe.

The room was small but inexpensive. The staff was friendly.

I felt very unsafe in the location. I was followed twice by cars while walking my dog. Once two men in a car opened the passenger door and started shouting to me. It was not well lit in the back and people appeared to be sleeping in vehicles in the back of the parking lot.

The location was convenient .

There was a roach in our room, our television didn’t work, there was blood on the bathroom wall , and the air conditioning rattled terribly. However, the staff replaced the tv on day 2 and fixed the AC.

It had full time security for the clerk because of high crime location, there were dirt marks on the pillow cases and stains on the comforter as well as trash on the floor in the bathroom. There was an uncharged to stay on the first floor. First room had broken air conditioner and had been smoked in. No printer for receipt or proof or credit to return deposit.

Nice clean hotel with good prices

Very clean rooms with all essentials included. The bed was very comfortable. The level of cleanliness was very good, and I really appreciated it. The staff was respectful and did their best. Thanks for the good service and please keep up the good work!

The room was lacking a refrigerator, but I guess this is the same for all Red Roof Inn locations. Other than that, nothing negative here.
