They profiled us we stay there for 10 days with no problems we check out and left for a day stayed in a different room stay a day and when we tried to check in the next day they said there was a bag over smoke alarm so we smoke we explained we don’t smoke they still made us leave and keep 122 from us booking blame red roof red roof blame booking
Because we were black they assumed we were the ones who smoked on the room but bag could have been there the cleaning lady do not clean good we found a burrito in the drawer and a empty pop bottle under the bed

The drugs on the table, the dirty sheets on the bed. This place was mess. And when I told the staff about the room being dirty they didn't even seem to care. I don't know who runs this establishment, but they need to do some serious work. I won't ever even attempt to stay here again.

Door looked jimmied, room dirty. Corner and baseboard had dead flies and cobwebs with spiders.
Bathroom had hair and dirt in the corners. Refrigerator had liquid stains on the inside base and the dial rolled freely and wobbled in your hand.
Pillow smelled like smoke. Mattresses well used and noisy.
Outlets are well used and cords fall out easily

Had to ask for assistance to get into my room 6 out of 8 times. The maintenance guy, a housekeeper and front desk worker all said that lock hardly ever works. They never offered to switch rooms for me or any other solution. At 3 am 1 of the front desk workers said he couldn’t get me into my room and offered to give me another room. My dog was locked in the room , I just worked 10 hours and it was over 90 degrees that day. Don’t take room 125.

Terrific value for the money. It was so cheap for a hotel in the area. I was expecting a dump, but we were only staying a quick overnight.
They had coffee available in the lobby but I travel with my own single serve coffee maker, so didn't use theirs.
It was very convenient to the high way
We brought our own breakfast and they had a picnic table in the grass area to use.
This was fine for what we needed. The rooms were small and had no refrigerator or microwave, we knew this. If they did it night be more money. Others might not like this, we were fine

We stayed at Red Roof, and upon checking in, the front desk person was void of any personality, just pushed the key card across the desk without a word. That didnt really bother me, but it was foreboding for what we had to deal with later. We had come to Ohio for a concert, initially my son's gf had to work but was unable to get off and came along so we had to book an additional room. We went to the concert and upon return my other son and his gf got into a disagreement and went outside to have their argument. While they were outside, my other son called and sent me video that they found a bedbug in their room and tried to go to front desk about it who told them that nothing could be done until the manager returned the following monday. No offer to put them in another room. They paid for an additional room and had to sleep in our rental car.
The son that was having an argument with his gf was jumped and assaulted by another guest at the hotel and had to get 3 staples in his head. The other guest was arrested.
When we checked out, and my son and his girlfriend that slept in their car revisited the complaint regarding the bug, and the front desk person brought up a noise complaint on my room as if one had anything to do with the other. I let them know that although we traveled together, my oldest son and his gf who paid for a separate room and experienced bed bugs could not be penalized for something that occurred regarding my stay and we would be contacting the manager on Monday for a refund for their room.
Additionally due to my son's assault, he had difficulty waking up to depart that morning and although we were packed up and ready to go, we got him out of the room very shortly after 11 check out time. There was blood on his pillowcase and the headboard and a single towel from the assault that was a result of an unhinged guest at the hotel.
The staff was rude, non accommodating and extremely dishonest.
Upon reaching out on Monday to speak to the manager, at first I was told that front desk claimed that my son and his gf refused to provide proof of the bedbugs, when the truth is they had a video of a bedbug crawling on the bed and front desk refused to look at it, telling them nothing could be done until Monday when manager returned. He also stated that housekeeping claimed to have seen the video and claimed it was a stink bug. I sent the video to manager with a comparison photo and it was 100% a bedbug! The ultimately refunded them for the room, but came back with backhanded commentary regarding my room having blood in it (due to their other guest assaulting my son and getting arrested) and that my son was late getting out of the room. HE HAD A HEAD INJURY due to actions of another Red Roof guest and yes he struggled to wake up that morning. We were less than 10 min late departing the room.
The manager claimed they had to throw away $30 worth of linen. And that is my fault how? Charge the guest that assaulted my son. Besides the sheets were stained already and we have photos to document that as well.

I got yelled at by the attendant, for asking why, I didn't have a fridge. Her answer to me was this is an ongoing problem, and because I booked through u guys, it was the only room I was allowed to have. I have booked many of rooms through u, and have never experienced this. Looks like the room was quickly fixed up, the door didn't completely lock.

The room smelled like fabric softener. That was it though. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave in my room but that would have been a bonus. No big deal. Maybe better TV options? I really have nothing to complain about.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed here 3 months. The proce is great and the staff are very nice. It’s right off the highway and was very quiet

They didn't have record of my reservation thru booking.com so they had me pay for another room then I had to go in the morning and speak to a manager to get reimbursed after they researched even though I had the booking app and it showed my reservation. I had confirmationnumbers etc.. . I would have been sleeping in my car had I not had extra funds for a second room hold. The morning manager found the information from booking right away and fixed it.

The location was not where i expected it to be, but it worked itself out! Thank you to the Red Roof Staff for their kindness & assistance! On the other hand booking.com was not helpful to us & I was unable to speak to a supervisor & left on hold for over 45 minutes waiting for one, I finally just hung up, So in the future I will not be third party booking!

Didn't know they had a breakfast. I'm always up and gone before 6am anyway, so it wouldn't have mattered.
Bed was a bit to firm for me, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it could just be me as my bed at home has a 2 inch memory foam topper added to it.

KEN IS A GREAT MANAGER ND ALL HIS STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL. GREAT FACILITIES IN THE ROOM. QUIET AND WELL LOCATED.
