The stay was very nice the room was good.There was a little mold in the bathroom shower on caulk but overall the facility was very clean.We stayed 3 nights will my husband was in ICU it would be nice if there was a discount for hospital stays.Breakfast was really good had a good selection of foods available

I liked that it felt safe as far as location and the parking lot along with the building was well lit. I also liked that the beds were comfortable and I had no issues with the air in our room. They also had really good breakfast choices, something for everyone (waffles, cereal, omelets, bacon, yogurt, potatoes, etc.). Our room felt very clean.
•It was very warm in the hallways and in the breakfast area - almost to the point where I’d rather have ate in my room
•The vent in our bathroom really didn’t work - had to keep door open during showers
*The shower curtain is WAY too short for the bathtubs when showering. Constantly had to make sure the shower curtain was staying in the tub or there would be water everywhere on the floor.
•We were a family of four and only three towels and two wash rags were placed in our bathroom for our second night stay. We spoke with the front desk and she informed us she had no more towels or wash cloths within the facility that were clean to give us, only hand towels. I explained that we booked this room as a family of four and we don’t want to have to share wash rags and towels. I kindly asked if she had a vacant room to remove towels of and her response was “we have other guests coming”. I was very disappointed. Fortunately I had packed a couple of makeup rags from my own house and ended up having to use those for my family.
•i definitely don’t think for what we paid - that it was worth the value.
