The room was larger than normal.

I was very disappointed with the room, but I checked in after midnight and was too tired to ask for another room.

The breakfast area was nice and the girl at the desk was very nice.

The room they gave me wasn’t clean. The sheets were just thrown on and not tucked in, there was trash in the floor and desk, and there was only a small amount of toilet paper.

The pool was closed they say for renovations the rooms smelled like mold the beds are rock hard. The carpet in the room was torn up bleach stains down the whole hallway I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and been more comfortable

Checked in, went to the room, smelled musty and was hot. The a/c was blowing hot air. It had MOLD all in the A/c unit. With no a/c in room, the lady gave us some fans and said she would call someone … family got too hot, and we told her it’s not going to work. She then said we can move to the other hotel of theirs ,the candlewood by IHG. It had no pool no breakfast.Two reason we even booked the holiday inn. She took off a whole $20 wow. Bad experience. Will never return.

The front desk clerk seemed nice and the room was clean.

The breakfast was ok, the pancake machine was down and that is one of the best things my kids enjoy. They had variety of juice and the cinnamon rolls were good.

The hall way smell was not pleasant. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, so we had to go to another floor to get ice. The pool was terrible. The whole area smelled horrible and the water was dirty. It was not clear or blue, it was a murky green. My family and I couldn't even enjoy it and that was one of the reasons I booked there. Also I could here other visitors from their rooms from our room.

Stuff were nice and made check easy.

The common areas were hot. No ac running in hallways or elevators. Room looked dirty. Stains all over the walls.. even blood stains. Also I paid more then advertised when checking into the hotel.. about $40 more

There were no cups of any type in our room. We expected a hair dryer but there wasn’t one in our room. The bath cloths were scratchy. The room just wasn’t up to the quality we have experienced in previous Holiday Inn Express hotels.

The front desk attendants were pleasant.

There was a stench in the room, the room never seemed to get cool, even though the air was set on 69°. Felt like it was struggling to cool the room. The beds were extremely hard. They were quite uncomfortable. For the price I paid I was expecting a bit nicer, especially being a part of the IHG Hilton Chain.
