Damn blinking light in smoke detector was like a beacon for ships at sea. Why that bright and why above a bed in a hotel room.

Breakfast wasn’t that good and I had to pay extra for my grand daughter which was 13 dollars which was too high for what they served. And there no good access to the patio without walking around the building

The Wilsons who started Holiday Inn would have not gotten past their first motel with rooms like this.

Parking lot. Elevators. Front desk staff

Layout of room. Bathroom on left as entered was only thing good about room. But inside bathroom, toilet was about 4 ft from vanity holding the toilet paper. Toilet had no vent fan. Next to bathroom, were Twin bunk beds against partial wall that cut room in half. We weren’t asked or told about this- twin beds were of no use to us. A Stuffed chair and ottoman were wedged on opposite side of wall and next to queen bed, making it a gymnastics events to get into bed from left side. Table on right wall of room had no chair or lamp. It was as discombobulated a room as l’ve ever stated in. Your architect must have let the summer school drop outs design this room. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for any reason. The ac unit was very noisy. You may want to consider gutting this room and making it a storage closet.

Comfortable beds and bathroom amenities. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had.

No bathtub. After driving 12 hours from our last place I’d stay, we arrived around 9:00 p.m. I got to sleep about 11:00. Early in the morning some guests next door were quite noisy. I was awakened about 3 a.m. and didn’t get to sleep again until 5:30. By then it was nearly time for me to get up.

Defintely worth a return trip!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was claen and comfy...loved the fluffy pillows. We enjoyed the food at the bar and grill downstairs, very convienent since it was storming outside. We will definitley be staying on our next trip to the area.

After the first bad scenario it ended up okay.

Location was amazing, the staff were very nice and accommodating and we appreciate that dealing with the first situation we had.

We had a great stay, but the first double queen suite we were booked into had not been cleaned…. We walk in and there was trash on the ground, dirty socks in the bathroom and the sheets had been pulled up never changed and old cake in the fridge…..

Property was under renovation. Pool was unavailable. A large fan on the roof was vibrating badly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredibly good. Location was right off the Interstate with plenty of parking for my truck and trailer.

My first room was 419. It was directly under a large fan on the roof which was giving a VERY loud humming sound which was so loud and thrumming, vibrating throughout the room that it was causing headaches within the first five minutes we were in the room. We had to change rooms immediately. The staff mentioned "they are trying to get that fixed" when we told them we would be unable to sleep in that room. The staff did give us a room on the third floor upon my request for a lower floor, although it was for a smaller room. There was no price reduction.
