Overall my stay was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Convenience to the family I was visiting. The price.

There was an unpleasant smell in the hall and in the room. I was too close to the ice machine and elevator- noise. Will make sure I’m not placed so close to either of these in the future.

I enjoyed this beautiful hotel because of its clean rooms and a great location!

I likes the price, continental breakfast, and the location.

One of the shower doors kept opening while showering. Maintenance came right away to fix it. Unfortunately, it continued to open.

Family weekend getaway

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot food. The pool area is great. We will definitely stay there again. Shout out to Tammy, weekend manager, for being a 5 star quality employee.

Good

The room was a good size. Location was good, close to shops and eateries. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a winner with enough to fill your tummy.

The Hotel has far more potential, but it is very dated. A good revamp is needed. The room we were in, 314, had rust on the bath tub and wear, and the tear was clearly visible. The room nor front desk could provide us with a kettle. Our room had an interleading door that was locked, but we could ear the guest next door load and clear. I think proper insulation will do it. The microwave/ refrigerator cupboard was frustrating. Please remove the cupboard door. Please consider giving the rooms a make-over, fresh and bright colors. Also consider a shuttle service from the hotel to and from the airport.

Very clean and plenty of space with nice furniture and outlets...A/C worked great...staff was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of beautifully folded towels in the bathroom. Great staff, great value!

Pillows and mattress were just a little harder than I'm used to, but, in any case, I really did sleep very well that night. Also, there was a very faint musty smell in part of the room...a 1.5 on a scale of 1 - 10. I think some Febreeze would have fixed it. May have been from the carpet or ac unit... really not sure.

Stay somewhere else

We were excited to find a hotel in the area of Pearland. Paid 107.00 total. Worst stay ever.

The location doesn't honor rewards, it was flooded and under construction but they did not mention this before we purchased our room because we would have stayed somewhere else. It smelled wet, there was rust and mold all over everything, stains on the walls. We weren't even able to shower. The microwave , refrigerator, and telephone did not work in the room. They did not offer a refund but told us they were in the middle.of renovations and it would possibly be months before they start the first projects. They have removed their online presence so they will not be rated badly and they can only be found on booking.com

staff was very nice and service was good. no questions asked when we decided to cut our stay short.

terribly run down — bathtub is rusting away, walls were cracked, grout was dirty, fixtures were scratched up and rusty. when we took showers, water leaked through the wall and into the main room. walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors talk, word for word.
