Usually, I don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience because of the terrible condition of this facility. If possible, I would rate it lower than one star. The infrastructure is outdated, the carpets are old and dirty, and the entire place clearly needs significant maintenance. I noticed a lot of patchwork throughout the property. Overall, it’s not worth the price at all.

The staff was fine. The room(s) were terrible. I changed my room 4 times and then left the hotel after 130 am in the morning. The first room had fleas and when the heater was on it smelled like animal urine; second room smelled like a stinky dog; third room had a dead roach on the kitchen area counter. I asked the front desk to come and get the roach and clean the counter. After he left I killed a roach that was crawling on my cup. I asked the front desk person to come back to see and while he was in my room he killed another roach crawling across the floor. I asked for a fourth room. The 4th and then 5th rooms also had roaches in the bathroom and bedroom area. At this point I did not feel comfortable staying in any of their rooms and I left the hotel after 130 in the morning. I have photos and I would like a full return for my partial stay and my inconvenience for the long drive home in the middle of the night.

Great for my dog to stay! The heater wouldn’t work and I was freezing all night. The room had boogers Stuck on the wall as I laid my head down on the bed I noticed it. Then a bug crawled up the wall. The smell of pot was overwhelming. There seemed to be homeless people living in th lobby and outside.

Room was very old, and not clean - nothing like pictures online! Blood drops, used toilet, rust and holes! When I asked if we could switch, I was told I could but they couldn’t guarantee the new room would be any better.

The service was phenomenal they understood that they checked me into a moldy water damage room that was never taken out of service but they quickly moved me to another room that was much much better however that evening the roaches dozens of roaches came out and we're all over everywhere. I couldn't sleep because they were crawling all over the bed so I ended up checking out sometime after 2:00 a.m.

I checked in and left.The hotel lobby has a bad smell and the room was no better.We left and went somewhere else.

The room did have a weird smell. The TV was not the size said for the room description and the remote did not work. We could not change the channels. The shower wall was cracked and poorly “fixed” with silicone. When I turned the water on it came out brown before clearing up. The room was suppose to be Double Queen but the beds seemed smaller and there was only 2 towels for 4 people. I wish I had photos but we decided to spent as much time out the hotel to reduce our frustration with the conditions.

I paid for a suite they gave me the wrong room and was not accommodating at all. The lady at the front desk was super nice and tried to fix the situation but the manager was horrible.

Property was rundown. Bad smell in hallways. Went to room, roach crawled across nightstand. Went to complain, asked front desk clerk for manager. She got him on the phone but he wouldn't speak to me. There was a LaQuinta across the road that he managed. When I asked about getting a room there, manager told the clerk it was a different booking system so he couldn't transfer my reservation. He made no attempt to help me find a suitable hotel. I really didn't want to stay at another facility this person managed but wanted to see if he'd do anything. He didn't even apologize for having roaches in room or for inconvenience if having to find a new hotel at 9 pm. I did get a refund which he said zi would get immediately but it took about four or five days to go back toy bank account. This place is a no go. I found a Sparks by Hilton nearby and the staff there went above and beyond everyday.

This hotel smelled so bad that I had to go purchase Vick's Vapor rub to put in my nose so I could sleep through the night. We had a two night stay but left the next morning. A refund would be deserved but I don't think I will see it.
