Sia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. I will continue to book with Hampton due to her helpfulness. I am partially disabled and not able to use a step across tub. I had specifically selected the property due to the walk-in shower. I even had called as the “accessible” room had the tubs and the front desk confirmed that a “standard” room would provide the walk-in shower. When we arrived I showed my booking.com reservation of a standard room but Sia showed that the Hilton system showed “accessible” with a tub and all other rooms were sold out. I explained that I selected the property specifically for the walk in shower due to my disability. She understood my frustration and listened to me and SOLVED the problem, finding me a room with the walk in shower- she went above and beyond for a customer and I will not forget that kindness and willingness to help. She is a bright spot in your local property teams and deserves recognition. I’ll be a Hampton Inn customer forever with service like that.

Location good! Our air unit was loud and the wall was ticking all night like a bomb was in it! Room nice bed comfy clean room nice view…. Everything we needed! We know in construction can have hiccups!

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean, even though the location was under construction, area was safe and free from any noise due to construction. Food, and grocery stores were all very close by the location.
Although the location as i mentioned was very nice and undergoing construction, the photo of the hotel was a little misleading. It was a lot smaller than the picture on the website, the building, but the rooms were great.

Location, breakfast, friendly staff
Patrons allowed to be noisy late in the evening. Past midnight. Outside door slams shut and causes an extreme nuisance. Weird noise prior to when the air turned on.
