Great hotel and relaxing stay

Besides the entryway, the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The entrance and exit to hotel were a little confusing.

The water wasn’t hot. The bed was very uncomfortable. The AC in the main room didn’t work. The lame by the bed tripped the breaker when I would plug my phone charger in. The breakfast was horrible.

Comfortable beds clean facilities

The room was fine.

The dining area was awkward, so we took our breakfast to our room. Also, I am allergic to perfumes/scents, and there was a scented air freshener plugged in the outlet in the kitchen area of our room. I think it was in an effort to mask the burnt popcorn smell in the room. I removed it from the outlet and plugged it back in when we left.

Overall, I've enjoyed both of my stays.

The lobby is always quiet. The cleaning staff was very nice! The front desk staff has always been nice and accommodating.

I could hear someone in another room snore ALL night. And was also awaken by loud bangs from something above. Interrupting my sleep on separate occasions truly upset me.

Booked for three people and kept on having to go downstairs for enough towels and linens for pull out sofa.

It was convenient getting back and forth to NRG stadium.

The room was okay. The beds sheets had a mildew smell to them. No one ever came to give us fresh towels or tidy up our room. Staff didn’t greet us as walked in the door. The electricity went out while we were there in the middle of the night , made it a little uncomfortable. I know it was out of the hotels hands, but I figured the hotel would have had a back up generator.

The property was nice, great location, the property was in close proximity to the shopping center.

The breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent choice of items to choose from, breakfast items ranged from cereal to hot items, with a variety of fresh fruits to select from.

Our stay was interrupted by dogs (3) barking all night, every time we or someone else walked down the hallway or got off the elevator, the dogs' tirade of barking was incessant, this caused us to oversleep, and we ended up arriving late for a family gathering.

I won't be staying there again.

Below average facilities. Staff was nice but not very helpful.

Our room smelled like onions. I went down to complain and see if we could get another room. Instead they sent up cleaning services and they just turned the air conditioner on to 60 degrees which i think they though would clean the smell. It didn't. When they offered to change my room it was the night before checkout and we were already at our function across town so it didn't make sense to drive all the way back, change rooms just to check out several hours later.

Confusion regarding room payment!

The room was pristine, and quiet. Check in was quick and effortless

The check out was very very confusing at the front counter with the staff person. After My reservation was made I received a text stating that my reservation was charged on May 30th for my/our June 2nd arrival. So I'm not sure wht the front desk told me that I had no record of payment. When infection I had a Text confirmation receipt!!
