Pretty good hotel just the bathrooms need upgrading..

Very convenient to things. Very comfy bed.

Shower head didn’t move or adjust. Water wasn’t hot. Shampoo and soap was very low grade and very dry and sticky. Also bathroom door was so hard to move… didn’t ever get it shut.

They ran out of milk the first morning. So the second morning no milk either. They could have gone to the store. So didn’t get breakfast either morning. I had my grandson with me.

Upon check in, staff friendly and facility looked clean. Room was only decent, damp musty smell, loud refrigerator, with very loud occupants right above. Noise continued for hours. Staff was very accommodating when notified and found us another room.

Shania, the person who checked us in, was very nice and helpful. She’s a true asset to the face of the company. The carpet in the hotel halls and room smelled musty. Need to be deep cleaned.

Location comes into play, good restaurant across the street

To begin with I was blindsided by the breakfast. No eggs. No meat. The only thing hot was the waffles and coffee. The room was a little worn, the clothes bar in the closet space was missing and I had to deal with a few spiders in the bathroom. Only acceptable because I was alone this trip.

The front desk staff was very nice and the location was good.

The room was clean but smelled like urine. I figured it was in the carpet. Also we picked this because it had free breakfast. Selection was lacking so we ended up eating elsewhere.

Great location. good price. AC didn’t work. Beds were comfortable, but couldn’t sleep due to hot temperature

AC didn’t work well. Had it on 68 and wouldn’t cool room. Floor was wet below the AC unit smelled bad. The hot water was opposite of the cold water making the hot water low pressure.

I booked this by mistake, tho this hotel was not my taste it is in fact perfect for others… if you are looking for a discounted hotel this works great! If you’re looking for a little more luxury I would suggest another location.

The stay was good. The night clerk was exceptionally polite and very helpful with information about local places for dinner and directions. All in all a good stay. Noise in the hotel and area was very minimal got a great night's sleep.

Near airport

Asked for sheets did not get them and had to go down ourselves to get them. Not enough towels… phone didn’t work… smoke alarm was pulled out of the wall.. Front desk was very rude.

The location was good for us. The bed was actually pretty good.

The breakfast was very disappointing. We were shown pictures of a basic breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. The current swine flu problem issue prevented eggs but there were hardly any other choices. Yogurt would have been nice. the air conditioning/heat was not user friendly - hard to control temp. and the Exercise room was ABOMINABLE. In very poor repair - sort of worked but very disappointing.
